Why can't I buy my licence?

Hi. My husband is trying to purchase our licences. His application went fine, but he can't do mine. Pacific Region is gone as an option. I don't have my own computer. Any help out there?

Call them tomorrow. I needed to update a password. Took 5 min and then was able to get it renewed online.

I know that to do my wife, I needed to sign out and then sign in as them with a different password and email adress

You can use the same email address just a different pass word.. Need to log out and register your info with a new password.
