My birthday dinner cooked by my amazing daughter and wife all made from scratch and most sourced locally.

Last night Chili cocoa rubbed deer tenderloin and some fresh oyster mushrooms we went and picked that day and greens from the garden a true HARVEST meal....

Our kitchen is blowed up so we used the barbecue and a ceraamic tile to bake Naples style pizza. Margherita on one and salami with homegrown arugula tossed on after it comes out on the other.

Last night dinner steps in pic first the oysters then the sauteed oyster mushrooms and kale combo and lastly Japanese mayo all harvested and homemade....the main was BBQ drumsticks kinda boring lol

Slow baked ribs finished on the bbq with home made mac and cheese and southwest salad.

NOG and I are harvesters we like to hunt for our food and love to prepare it . from moose to grouse... and everything in between.. He personally got me going on the whole Smoked meat I had alot of the basics down from my old German professor, his guidance really helped me on my way now i make all kinds of things. about 15 different types of sausages and LOTS of smoked good pepperoni,smokies ,pizza pep etc .
he is a very knowledgeable and smart man and cant thank him enough..... one day ill get him down here to "work" in the meat shop LOL
