Water Vapour / Steam in outboard exhaust.

Is it normal to have a cloud of water vapour coming out of the outboard exhaust after the engine is warmed up and running on water intake muffs at home?

Mine was doing that around the same temperature, but not on the muffs only when in the water. Ran fine though.

Normal when cooler temps outside or when foggy on summer days.

My brand new Merc 150 was spraying a fair bit of water from the exhaust port (at idle) this summer It turned out to be a slightly stuck thermostat (salt). I removed it and cleaned it up and it's been good ever since. I now flush a little longer.
