Warranty, Excellent

I just want to comment on a warranty issue i just had. Back in January i bought a LIFEPROOF phone case for my new Samsung S10. Anyway long story made short the power button was not working and i could not put the phone into an off position, pocket dialing or accessing apps etc when you didnt need to would stay open. Anyway pissed off, i paid alot of money for this top of the line case. A quick review of the 1 year warranty and an email to Lifeproof and with no questions asked, i have a new one in the mail. I paid $7 for shipping but i have a new case.
