I have a little studio space at home with a couple good industrial sewing machines. Plan on just doing my own boat upholstery but having a hard time finding local supplies (Nanaimo)
Perhaps someone here has a collection of boat related upholstery stuff kicking around they’re no longer into?

On the island preferred. Victoria to Campbell river

In need of...
Good quality scissors
Clear acrylic rulers (6x24 etc)
Stainless snap fastener kits
Zippers
Threads
Marine vinyl
Sunbrella/top gun etc
Bimini top hardware
Misc hand tools etc

Don’t know if there’s one in your area but my wife sometimes buys roll ends of marine vinyl from a hot tub cover manufacturer. They’re cheap and some are quite large. Easily big enough seat recovers ect.

Hi; If there is a Fabricland in your area, they should have coloured Marine vinyl, and Daytona Vinyl (thinner) and really thin clear vinyl. you could get a members card and price on that stuff. ask them about the other tools and things...
I had a cheap old boat, and used the Daytona vinyl on my cushions with good result. However, their thin window vinyl wasn't worth the effort for windows replacement.

international plastics for the sunbrella, lexan etc.
