Wanted-23' or 26' Hourston hull

Looking for a hull only, would prefer to supply my own(new trailer) unless trailer is tip top. Not scared of a little rot as I plan to lift the deck and address any issues to be found. Not looking to pay 10k for an old, tired 351 Winsdor and old electronics as I plan to pod the boat and put an outboard on it, as well as an all new suite of gear. Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated.
