ive got mine that i just pulled off my boat to switch out one with power tilt.
07 9.9 high thrust long leg, electric start, remote with manual tilt. 703 control box included with wiring harness, two spare keys. will require controlcables sized for your boat
id like to get 1300$ runs flawlessly, starts easily.

I have one that I am working on, but not sure when it's finished. Have some commitments to take care of...manual steering, no tilt, has a yamaha control box or other manual controls. Cheap though...
