Here are some nice finds from the recent Fraser Valley Salmon Society Used Tackle

A nice boxed Pink Pearl Lucky Louie

    2 wooden Lucky Louie’s and 2 plastic

A Edward Lipsett Sea King - Sold to happy customer

    A Martin Plug

A rough size 3 and a very nice size 5 Gibbs Martins.

    Some small Len Thompson spoons

A nice selection of spoons. All in original packaging wrapped in tissue paper.

Sorry for the sideways pics. Not sure why some pic orientations stay original while some transfer sideways???

I sold the Sea King for $40. I’m not a collector and really unsure of the value. The price was offered to me by the buyer and I was happy with it.

Interesting loop on the front for tying the line to.

What was the Edward Lipsett plug worth? I fished with his great grandson Edward for years and would be interested in having one as a memory item as Ed passed away almost 4 years ago. He was a true character and I had nothing but good times with him. Lipsett Marine was a great company in its day.

That particular plug has been sold to a gentleman that rows the Tyee Pool. I hope he decides to fish it and it leads to a bell being wrung.

Can anyone give me some information on these spoons?

    Years manufactured? Popularity?

If you would like to sell some of the spoons I would like to buy a couple. I'm sure they would all still catch fish but are more of a collector item. The h&h spoon patent 1928 Herbert heitmiller sold patent to marine specialty. The barco spoon patent 1933 shoff tackle company. Tom mack patent 1922 Tom McClanahan sold patent to marine specialty. These spoons were probably made in the 1970's and 80's just looking at the packaging.

Thanks for the info. I did a few google searches but the information was tough to come by especially with the Barco and the H.H. Spoons.

I’d like to sell the whole lot for $65.
