How about lifting the breast skin and stuffing it with prosciutto?? Better yet bacon IMO..... Just did it..The house smells of turkey and bacon..Smells like a clubhouse..LOL

It was so moist..The bacon fats drip down thru the skin.. traped inside pushing the flavor thru the thigh and drum stick. The whole bird has a hint of smoked bacon flavor.

So good.....



 
Sounds wonderful... today I picked up a turducken and some bacon and was planning on doing the same... i think itll have to happen tommorow.
