Former NHL player, Eddie Shack, will be coming to Victoria to host and referee the Battle Of The Badges on Friday, September 28th at 7pm at the Esquimalt Arena.

This family charity event, that happens all across Canada, features the Greater Victoria Firefighters hockey team as they take on the Nanaimo Paramedic hockey team. Not only that, but, former NHL players Richard Brodeur, Glenn Anderson, Gary Leeman and Dennis Polonich will join the teams!
A portion of all ticket proceeds will go to Firefighters Against Cancerous Exposures(F.A.C.E). This is a locally-led charity that helps firefighters with cancer.
