Thunderjet... What would you pay?

I'm wondering what a fair price would be for the following setup. This is my ride and I am considering sellin before the season gets too far along. I have a price in mind but I don't know what the market is really like right now. I'm looking for feedback please. One other thing... The boat is in incredible condition. Everything works and works properly.

Thanks for your input everyone.

I would ask $54k with downriggers on the boat I would also consider selling the other fishing gear Seperate you might get more money out of it.

how does $50,000 for an opening bid sound
will watch with GREAT interest
Nice unit!!

I was going to say right around there without all the fishing gear. Aluminum boats seem to be commanding top dollar for the past couple of years. Those motors are barely broken in !

Including all gear? $57ish......

As stated, I would sell gear separately! Nice boat! I have the river version.....

What is in it for seats??

If you do a quick check on Craigslist this is what I found

2010 tj offshore half hardtop 55k

2016 tj Luxor same as yours with no kicker or no extras on it can be bought for 53k taxes in. This is from the states with exchange and hst.

I think 50K might be a fair offer with out fishing gear

I think 50 is about right. I sold my 07 21 softtop for 49k a couple months ago. It had a 225 suzuki, 9.9 with autopilot, radar arch , lowrance electronics with radar, vhf, stereo etc. Had 450 hours on it and it sold in less than 24 hours. I kept all of the gear and riggers .

Consider above pricing estimates, then offer it for sale in southern Vancouver Island market for 20% more. "Ferry tax".

Thanks to everyone who contributed. Despite being in the enviable and rare position of owning a boat the is now worth MORE than I paid for it, I have decided to hang on to it. I haven't been using it as much as I would like, but I also don't see it depreciating much, so I'll keep it and learn to be okay with it sitting in the driveway more than it should.

I bought this boat from the US when our dollar was at $0.98US. I also happened to get a good deal on it as the previous owner got sick right after he bought it and never used it very much. By the time he decided to sell it he just wanted to get it gone. Now that our dollar is down, the Canadian pricing for this boat seems to be quite high. It all comes down to timing.
