How long of walk to the marina?

Size ? Location to marina please.
I have a friend who lives in Tahsis and have discussed on several occasions purchasing a small unit to use year round for prawns , ground fish and salmon when the runs pass by.

Thanks for the replies, the unit is about 1500 sq. ft. and is ready to use with everything included. Go to Tahsis real estate websites where there are pics and full discription. It would be a about a 15 min walk to the marina but we always either trailered in or launched at Gold River then bring the truck up as well. We used it as a fishing lodge but you could easily live there. The agent with the listing, Alice Thompson will gladly answer any questions you may have. She suggested a price of 74k but we are open to offers.

I should add the trailer is on owned fenced land with underground wiring and on city sewer and water. There is gated boat storage and marinas available.
