Hi Brian and Chris.
I know there were quite a few users who lost their stored messages in the last upgrade. That would be very upsetting if personal contacts and other important info was lost. I saw a post online of a hack that you could implement in the vbulletin software to allow users to backup their personal messages. If you could implement a backup feature and give everyone notice before the platform is changed that would be great. Then if personal messages were again lost in the platform migration people couldn't whine if they had the option to backup and didn't do it.
