The House of Commons e-petition calling on Minister McKenna to issue an emergency listing order under SARA to better protect Interior Fraser steelhead has been published at:

Can someone explain what a SARA listing might mean for recreational fishing on the Fraser?

Also how come their are two petitions? and what are the difference
