Stainless fabricator wanted in Vancouver/North Shore

Looking for a recommendation of a person or shop to do some custom stainless work.

I'm looking for a couple of stainless plates to be made up to mount my downriggers on my gunwhales/gunnels. No welding, just cutting, drilling and tapping holes, and finishing with a mirror polish. Dimensions approximately 9" by 6" out of 1/2" plate. Six countersunk holes and four threaded holes per plate. Can pay cash.

Any recommendations?

I'm waiting for quotes from Downtown Custom and also a waterjet shop. I just got a quote from Aquashear waterjet for $100/ea for 9" x 6" plates in 1/2" 316 stainless. Machining will be extra above that.
