Smoking ho's

Curious how coho are on the smoker. I do have a fair bit of sockeye hanging around but I'd prefer to save the sox for the BBQ and smoke the coho.
Thoughts?

There good smoked. A little less fat than Chinook or Sox, but still good.

I think coho is best cold smoked. It doesn't seem to have as much fat as sox or springs.
