Small Steering Wheels/ Micro Helm

I bought a new 9.9T remote throttle and steering and i want to go with an intellasteer type H (hydraulic) with a second steering station independent from my main. My main is an I/O and I'm sick of using the EZ Steer, its always binding and giving me trouble. I don't want to use a standard size wheel to steer though, I would like to know where i can find one of the smaller steering wheels, i've looked around online but its proving harder then i expected to find.
Second Question. I have not found a hydraulic cylinder that if specifically for a 9.9 now I assume what im looking for isn't exactly standard and i know there will be people that say "just tie it to the main" but is there a hydraulic cylinder that will for for what I am looking for, perhaps a side mounted unit?

Harbour Chandler has some of the small steering wheels. I seen them there yesterday. They would be able to answer your question about the specific hydraulic cylinder for you kicker as well.

Colton Snider, when I inquired about it for my Yamaha, the side mount was the only solution using the factory lever for manual steering to the cylinder. Being a machinist by trade I actually replace the steering lock with a plate and mounted a front mount. Then turned an 8 inch wheel out of aluminum for my application.
