    Do we want to wait until July 31 at 4:30pm to “react” to their “generosity levels” or should we proactively plan a protest for the next weekend just so we reiterate our positions and demands and also send a PR signal?

    This is exactly why the slot limit fishery kills more fish than it protects!

    Completely agree with you, the slot size is a poor idea. I am concerned that we are going to get kicked off the water as post talking of all the fish caught and released some save the orca group is going to use against us.

    How about the five nations fishery on the Westcoast of the island. Fleet of 12 commercial trollers fishing from the corner to the whales tail. Not sure how well Chinook survive being dragged around for 1/2 hour on a 8/0 siwash at 3 miles an hour. Can't they wait and open when when area G trollers open on August 1.
