Dont really see the humour in this. I stopped launching at Bear Cove ramp in Port Hardy because of the steep slimy slope that had no siping or grooving on the concrete. I never slid far enough to dunk my vehicle ( usually had a bud with a bucket of sand or blocks ready to deploy) but I saw three that did... including a new Dodge Ram diesel. Only the top of the roof was visible After several claims I dont understand why ICBC didnt tell the regional district that they would pass the cost on to them for having a known unsafe ramp.
