Went out to the coal port on Tuesday..Fished down towards Sandheads with out a sniff was hoping for perhaps a late spring or a chum.. but nada. Did head over to Active Pass after wards and it made for a great day on the Water .. flat as a pancake. Saw a lot seals in active they were feeding on something ..thought it may have been herring ...does anyone know if this would be normal for this time of the year or if you could jig for them as they maybe good for bait when fishing for winters ? Guese you could salt them up and freeze for another day.

thanks for the update. have been wondering about that area for weeks. that was quite a sunset tues.
