Rid of stinky fish soak in 2%

Ever tried this before smoking?

I’m getting set to smoke up what is left of last years fish.

Typically I find it still fine at this time of year but wondering if the milk trick would help or hinder for smoking.....

I don't see why it wouldn’t work, when eating it after the milk process texture is still the same.. rinse and pat dry before brining..
i will be doing this from now on for the fish at this time of the year for smoking..
