Respect the narrows

Good first hand account going through the narrows - pretty dicey - hard to believe I went through that years ago in a 12' aluminum, but I guess the tides were right!

easy, there are alot of idiots like I was in small boats that had no clue of the risks there (or even bigger boats for that matter - think the last time I went there years ago, a 24' was swamped just the day before). First hand visuals like this may help those that have never been there appreciate that it isn't a cake walk getting through and they will think twice before trying to make it

It can be crazy big in there. I've seen it upwards of 25'

If you are not confident don't try it. Go with an experienced runner first time round. Deal is though that any given day is differant from the next.
