Dear Jeff,
THANK YOU! My wife was involved in a rear end collision yesterday and the "Spare Bumper" we had installed last year saved her and my daughters from serious injury. They were at a stop sign waiting to turn onto a highway when a Dodge Caravan, unable to stop on the ice covered road, slid into them. The Dodge probably impacted at 15-20 MPH and thanks to the "SpareBumper" saved major damage to our Chevy Suburban not to mention personal injury. I really like this idea....haven't found prices yet or if available in our area but if it wasn't crazy expensive I think this would be great to have. I wonder if they have models that have different ball heights because if your trailer needs a lower( or higher ball position) you would need to be able to adjust the ball height.

The most expensive unit they sell is only $229US$ The cheapest is $139US$ - depends on the finish - black paint or chrome.
