On the incomming tide the oily residue stacks up on the tidal convergence.Had me thinking how many hydrolic fluids come neer to timber on there way to the ocean ,once there how many more hydrolic equipment and fluids released directly in the ocean from the timber.Three years of it showing up,this is the first year the kelp everywhere in the inlet the kelp has not growen back ,where there was massive kelp forrests last year ,they are non existing anymore.
