at least thats what a bunch of you would say if you were served what my wife cooked up tonight... Most excellent fish and chips . The p-cod was done in tempura batter and the chips were done to perfection in the deep fryer... Think twice before you feed your p-cod to the seagulls next time you get one. They make beautiful F&Cs.
