There is 1 ESA listed Puget Sound Chinook run that goes to Alaska. During the latest treaty negotiations, it was used as a threat to get Alaska to agree to some catch reductions in the SE troll fishery. I think the reductions were around 7%; IMO more like 70% is like it needs to be.
