Lowrance issues

Hi folks:
Looking for some knowledge about an issue. I have a lowrance LCX27c
With a Airmar p66.
Part way through the day we pulled up and ran to a new location. Sounded stoped tracking bottom. Yellow screen and 1.1feet showing.

After a restart, unplug. and check of transducer to see if it had tipped up, I switched it to 50 khrtz. It found bottom but detail was poor. Would not track bottom on 200 for rest of day.

Any ideas amongst you all ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hate like hell to have to buy another.

Ps transducer is 3 years old I think. Head is a fair bit older.

I would do a soft reset. That often fixes a lot of issues.

Make sure you did not pickup any debris under the xducer.. that could cause it to malfunction.
