looking for used fishing and marine stores in Vancouver area

I am coming over to Vancouver in a week and would like to know of any shops that sell used tackle and/or marine supplies. Will be at BCIT so any in that general area would be best. I have every afternoon off there and need something to do. Thanks.

Used to be Popeye's but it's Closed now.

Be careful of what you see on Craigslist. There is a lot of stolen stuff on there.
