Locking mounting bolts

I use the 25.00 (higher in Canada)Outboard Bracket Lock, but with all the cordless cutting tools around, I doubt if anything is 100% safe. Best you can do is create a deterrence. The stainless one looks pretty skookum, but I haven't seen one.
 
For my kicker motor, I mounted it with regular bolts and nuts, but then ground them round so you couldn't get a wrench on them. Only way off is with a grinder.
It won't stop anyone if they're determined enought, but it might slow them down or make it too bothersome.

OR maybe use a chisel-punch and form an X on the end of the bolt threads,keep on it till it balloons the end.
 
I have a lock bolt so they can't get the bolts off.
A Yami-lock so they can't loosen the clamps.

But a few quick cuts through the bracket and their gone... with the locks...
