Assuming it comes out of their quota, and they won't be receiving any money for it from what I read. Kudos to them.

I’m a little conflicted about this. Bravo Zulu to them if it comes out of their quota (or if other commercial vessels were able to do it with their bycatch). I have donated $$ to the food bank and other charities as I know that there are those less fortunate. My wife and I only catch a couple keepers a year and like to share this bounty with our families. Recreational limits have been put in for a reason. Look at the red snapper, etc.
