Kingfish Ceviche!

A simple recipe I use for making Kingfish Ceviche, this can be done with any type of fish and I urge you to try it if you haven't had the chance

Old thread I know is but this is a great recipe and wanted to say thanks for sharing GCjetski! Have made it multiple times with fish and just did it with fresh spottail prawns tonight. Deadly!
We’ve got lots of fresh veg from the garden currently so increased those ingredients from what is written and subbed shallots for red onion- I did let the prawns ‘cook’ a bit in the liquid before mixing all together due to the larger portion of veg. Chicken scratch version for folks that want a quicker reference. 12 drops is a little under 1/2tsp, a couple small chillies are dynamite
