There's a 2006 Honda 50HP 4 stroke on the facebook group "Vancouver Island Boat Mart". $400. He doesn't say anything about it in the description so I am not sure what is wrong with it.

Some of the used FB boating pages are good there seems to be one for each city sometimes two and I believe I saw a 50 Yamaha 4 stroke on the Victoria FB boats parts and sales page.
