Healthy chum alongside malnourished chum, the lack of salmon predators and the abundance of jellies! These studies are so important, I sure wish that the feds and provincial government would put more money towards this. The article said 3 million over 3 years, that just isn't enough. But i suppose they have to start somewhere....
