Help with Yamaha 8hp charging wires location

I bought a newer yamaha 8hp and it has charging system on it

But im not sure where the wires are to hook up

Its pull start manuel tilt

Anyone have a idea where they would be?

There should be a big cable that comes out the back of the casing and is about 10' or so. I'm guessing since your asking most likely the previous owner kept the cable when he sold you the motor.

Usually only the electric start models came with a charging system, but it may have been added later of course. Here is link that should help you out.
