While the "halibut war" between commercial and recreational sectors is in full swing, let's not forget about the fish farms infesting our waters. They have very effectively timed a new TV add campain to defend their position while our focus is off them and on the halibut issue. Just a reminder to keep the pedel to the metal on these guys.

The ads have raised the profile of the issue but I don't think they've done a particularly effective job of presenting the Salmon aquaculture side of the story.

Their info on their 'new' website is a just a mishmash of the same old lies/half truths and garbage.
