Good sauce for Salmon. Kids love it too

CUCUMBER SAUCE
1 PEELED GRATED ENGLISH HOTHOUSE CUCUMBER OR A PEELED REGULAR ONE SEEDED (IF SEEDS ARE BIG) THEN GRATED
1 CUP MAYO
1 CUP YOGURT
GRATED PEEL 2 LEMONS OR ZEST OF 2 LEMONS Don’t grate the white part under the yellow. Use yellow only
4 tsp LEMON JUICE

DRAIN THE GRATED CUCUMBER AND THEN PLACE IN A DISH TOWEL OR PAPER TOWEL AND GENTLY SQUEEZE TO REMOVE EXCESS WATER BEFORE COMBINING ALL INGREDIENTS.
Serve over grilled or poached Salmon
 
Put on only after grilling. The sauce is cool and the fish warm. It is very nice.

I do my own sauce for BBQ, kraft original BBQ sauce, worcestershire, veg oil, brown sugar, Lemon juice. Mix it all till blended evenly. Put on flesh side, cook for 2 mins, then flip onto skin side and finish cooking. Damb fine fare!!

Take only what you need.
