ONION SALAD DRESSING (THIS IS FROM A BED AND BREAKFAST RECIPE BOOK) Makes about 1 cup ½ C finely chopped onion ¼ C cider vinegar ¼ C sugar ½ t salt ½ t dry yellow mustard ¼ t celery seed ½ cup veg. oil Combine all ingredients except oil in blender and mix well, stopping as necessary to scrape down sides. With blender running slowly pour in oil blending until dressing is creamy. Transfer to container with tight fitting lid and refrigerate before using. Wisk or shake before serving if dressing has separated.
