I spent some time working on this recipe to get just the right balance of sweet, sour, and spice. Nothing's worse that an overly sweet, gloppy General Tso's, and that's even more so when you're working with fish.

Yes, I use beef bone whenever I make any kind of pho, nothing else really tastes like pho to me.
