Freezing brined anchovy

Hi guys, I was wondering if anchovies are still any good when I freeze them in super concentrated brine? (about 1L of water and a LOT of salt, mixed in until it won't dissolve anymore). I left it in the freezer for a few days now and the water obviously is not frozen. Does this affect the quality of the chovies? Do the chovies themselves freeze in the brine or are they continuously deteriorating? Thanks for any help.
