float cabin on great central lake

just putting it out there, I have a cozy little cabin- 2 bedroom, kitchen. living room etc.. solar power and generator power for running larger power tools. I don't want to sell it, but would be interested in trading for similar cabin on the ocean.
I think the values would be similar.
