February Victoria Fly Fishing

Hello,

It looks like I will be setting up a booth at the Victoria Boat Show in mid Feburary. Is there any fly fishing around that time of year? I am fine with salt or freshwater but wont be bringing a boat so it will have to be walk and wade fishing. Is it worth bringing my fishing gear? Where should I fish?
