Cooking whole small coho

My favorite whole salmon bbq is as follows:

Inside, brush olive oil, seasoning salt lemon slices and some dill.
Wrap fish in chicken wire.
Brush mayo over fish.
Put on the bbq.

Once cooked, the meat should slide off the backbone and ribs with a spatula.
Chicken wire prevents fish from falling apart when flipping.

I salt and pepper the body cavity, then add lemon slices and fresh dill.

on the exterior, I make three slices on each side from the top of the back down just past the lateral line. I push some fresh dill into the cuts, then a half lemon slice pushed into each slice.

Like @Gong Show, to stop the fish from falling apart, I put the fish into this Kind of do-dad I have for grilling fish. I heat the bbq up super hot, turn down to low put the fish on the bbq and close the lid. After about 10 minutes I flip it. It turns out delicious.
