You might get more luck finding out if you try the Victoria Reports Thread. Its where people post about Constance. We don't make separate topic titles about Constance every few weeks. That is why we have reports threads so people can find them easy and they always stay at the top of the page where everyone looks.

As far as Constance bank is concerned I would say there should be some winter Chinook out there by now and you will probably find a few Coho in the mix as well.

By the way - Sooke was hot yesterday - in the 500+ range out in front of Secretary fishing 75 to 150 ft. at 4mph - bait worked best even at that speed.
