Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

Brokerage site says 24mph! How??
It's hard to tell in the pics but if it's light enough (which it doesn't look to be, but hard to say for sure) and has a shallow enough deadrise (which I can't tell from the pics) it's possible. A lightly built aluminun hull, and I think I see stamped strakes so this could be 1/8 even though it's big. If that's the case and it's got, say, a 10-12 degree deadrise, it might plane off without much power.

I have seen a 27 that would plane with a single 60, although it had been very carefully designed for low power and light weight.

Anyway no idea if this boat will do it, but it's possible. It doesn't generally correlate all that well with a boat that doesn't pound in a chop, though, unless it's extremely long and narrow.

Yeah, this is not a panga.

I dunno, ask him;
