I can spit on three of my neighbors for a cool 1.9 here in Vancouver. And this is the cheap part of town. I may spend the next few years trying to find a job that lets me work online so I can GTFO. That place is a dream.

Stuff is selling all over the place here on the north shore still, ya west van is a horror show for the plus $3M crowd but under 2.5 stuff is gone quickly . I'd bounce tomorrow but the in laws are still booting around so it's either take em with us or I go solo, broke and such haha...counting down the years. I'm still gonna show this listing to my wife tho!

That shop is the bomb. Been in it when the boat was still there. I’m not sure what looked better, the shop or the boat, but the boat is gone so you’re left with the shop. Beautiful.
