Thought I'd let you know the results of the second annual Blue Knuckle Derby in Nakusp on Upper Arrow Lake this past weekend. We didn't participate. With -15 degree weather we decided to skip it this year. The winners brought in: a 21 pound 5 ounce rainbow, second place was 19 pounds 8 ounces, and third seventeen pounds 3 ounces. There were 34 boats participating. Wish it had been warmer, but I don't like freezing my digits off....lol....I'm hoping to get the boat out sometime next week...got to fix the truck this week....I broke off the shifter to the 4 X drive. Ooooops. Didn't know my own strength. Good luck to all you winter fishers...
