big bass in matheson

Cought a 3lb bass in matheson with a worm at the 2nd rock nothing else the whole day..what were we doing wrong

Wow, didn't even know there was bass there. Not even 100% where it is. 3lb largemouth or smallie? Fishing from shore isn't gonna be that productive. Is that what you were doing?

Matheson is accross the street from pedder bay marina. We might go back for more by sunday in a canoe. Does anyone know what the regs are when it comes to keeping bass. And how to cook one?
