Bearing Buddies

Doing maintenance on my wheels and was wondering if any one knows where to get this ring....it fits in the hub then the bearing buddy sits in the ring

That's the outer race, it will come in a kit with inner race and grease seal
you'll need to know the hub size

That can’t be the race, the nut is still one the spindle and the races are fitted into the hub itself and usually not that easy to take out,, takes a good punch and a heavy hammer. Unless I’m missing something here. Looks like some kind of an adaptor to me. Maybe more pics would help. I’m not all that familiar with this type of bearing buddy, is that a dust cap ?

when I took a quick look.

No need for that, pick up a couple of bearing buddies or just the caps. Their galvanized, measure the ID of the hub. Can get them at Ct, Fort Garry Ind. or try Fleet Brake. Lots of trailer places around town that will have them.

If that’s the race that has to go in the hub before the bearing, nut and keeper. Something ain’t right there!

Yes it's some kind of adapter to hold the bearing buddy in the hub.
