Back in the boating game; 16ft Double Eagle

Well after 10 years without a boat and a year of looking for what I wanted I'm back in the game.
I picked up a 2006 16ft. Double Eagle that was on Used Vic a week ago.
50hp Yamaha, 6hp Yamaha, Scotty Electrics, Lowrance GPS and Karavan trailer.
It was a low hour 1 owner boat with all service records.
Happy about the purchase!

After 10 years of not having a boat, the plan is to get out on the water as much as possible and teach my daughter's how to fish!
Next year I'll look at if she needs any mods.

So the question was asked in another thread how the 50hp would be on this boat.
Today with 2 adults, 2 X 3/4 full portable fuel tanks and downriggers the boat did 20.5mph at 4200rpm.
Yes a 70, 90, etc would be faster but 90% of the time it's going to be 2 adults with 1-2 kids and the fuel bill will be nice with the 50.
