You may want to double check this video channel you are following as they seem to be on the wrong side of history. Put it this way if your demonstrating and Antifa is coming after you then you may want to check your choices in life.

    Is this a joke?

Antifa may at times target people on the wrong side of history but they themselves ARE the wrong side of history.

Take a look at literally ANY Antifa demonstration and you will see (aside from masked thugs who assault people like the journalist Andy Ngo) a mix of communist and anarchosyndicalist flags and signs. The anarchosyndicalists, who many of you will never have heard of, were a branch of Spanish anarchism which was supportive of Marxist-Leninism to a large degree during the Spanish Civil War.

I would HOPE that most people here would recognize that Marxist-Leninism and the other expressions of left-wing social revolutionary social organization which managed to seize power a hundred or so years back consistently generated totalitarian nightmare states and about the most morally reprehensible system of social organization the modern world has seen.

These are people who identify with the most totalitarian ideologies of the 20th century. They oppose free speech and support violence against people who are engaged in wrong-think. They are the most toxic outgrowth of the radical left in years. They may at times protest other warped, repellent ideologies - much as the Stalinists fought the Nazis - but they theymselves are utterly morally bankrupt and the failure of the mainstream left to condemn them outright is outrageous.

Look around their will see the Hammer and Sickle with regularity. That's morally equivalent to waving a swastika and they are not getting challenged on it. These are the Brownshirts of the Left. Getting targeted by them can mean anything, or nothing. They oppose freedom of speech in violent terms.

Had an interesting call with one of my FN friends in CR this morning. He is a councillor for the CR band. He was speaking with a chief from one of the Fraser bands. The chief told him they were given an allocation of 1000 Chinook. The chief admitted to his band taking 34,000. Is this reconciliation?

There is rumors out there that the chinook openings on the fraser this year (FN openings) an insane amount of chinook taken. There is some people who talked to individual first nations that had incredible success. Were talking individual fisheries that took a few hundred chinook in just a few hours. Times that by 700 gillnets and 3 different openings that spanned 24 hours each and you can see why no one believes they only took the reported 15 k chinook.

... and the sporty guys who don’t have access to a boat and still paid for a license can’t selectively fish for Chinooks in the Fraser. Good job DFO!

You seem to think I somehow support Antifa violence, I don't. Just as I don't think you support the Neo-Nazi groups that demonstrate and Antifa shows up to give them a bloody nose. Free speech something something...... LOL

As for Andy Ngo it's clear who he is and he's not a journalist.

That is indeed NOT what I said and I suggest you give that post another read (for a host of reasons).

I do not say that you support the violence of a bunch of miscreants and politically motivated control freaks and thugs. I say that you cannot use them as any sort of moral test for who is on the right side of history because they themselves represent one of the most tyrannical, violent, and sick ideologies of our time. They are the wrong side of history, as evidenced not only by their ties to radical leftist ideology and their willingness to assault people in the street, but also the range of people they will protest which has been everything from legitimate wackos, to college professors they disagree with, to the Portland City Police.

They are no kind of litmus test for whether someone is on the right side of history.

As far as Andy Ngo goes...literally the first sentence in your link describes him as a journalist, and in the discussion of whether that's accurate, here is the list of publications which refer to him as a journalist (and in some cases employ him to write for them, you guessed it, as a journalist)

But hey, if Andy Ngo not good enough for you, why not try this?

That's from when they attacked Mike Armstrong and Jean-Vincent Verveille of CTV News. And then advocated for more violence against journalists.

These are the bad guys. They are the wrong side of history.

Some people are more comfortable in seeing the world divided as left verses right political spectrums. I totally reject that perspective/narrative as being both divisive and incorrect - although I admit it serves some political agendas in the divide-and-conquer manipulation of the public.

Instead I see the political spectrums as seen as a clock face with democracy in the center 12:00/00:00 position and the so-called "left" and "right" continuing down each side where both communism and fascism meeting near the 0:600/18:00 position at the bottom where totalism/totalitarianism sits. Those perspective/narratives of left verses right merge there. Lets not forget that the NAZIs called themselves "socialists" but were really "fascists".

In other words - the risk and history is that extreme, unchecked political representation can and often results in tyrants taking power by manipulating the masses into racism and violence. There is no right or left here - just simply wrong - and dangerous...

I fully agree with the analogy of the clock where the far right and far left meet at the 6 position at the bottom however for communication purposes left and right are useful/descriptive ways to articulate ideas.

Some examples where leftism and rightisms collide are:

Conservative environmentalists willing to blow shit up to make make there point.
Lefties who have strong positions on LGBQ.... issues that don't like the muslim religion.
